I am a subscriber but some of the content is locked. What do I do?

If you’re a subscriber and encountering locked sections in the Thinkrolls app, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the Parents section.
2. Tap on the Subscription tab.
3. Then, tap “Restore Subscription”.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, ensure your device is logged in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. If you’re on a family device and wish to share a subscription from another family device, follow the steps mentioned in the section titled ‘How do I share my subscription with my family’s iOS devices?’

For subscriptions where some content appears unavailable without a lock symbol, don’t worry; this is normal. You need to play puzzles sequentially to progress to more advanced levels and unlock all Thinkrolls accessories. All grayed-out content gradually becomes available as you advance in the game.
